Due to the nature of our digital AI services, which are instantly delivered and activated upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, chargebacks, or exchanges under any circumstances once access to the platform has been granted.

• All payments are final
• No refunds will be issued for unused time, unused credits, dissatisfaction, or change of mind

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

Any attempt to initiate a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal through a payment provider (including PayPal or Stripe) will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent termination of access
• Forfeiture of all remaining credits or subscription time
